1. What is your MOQ ? Usually our MOQ is 500 pcs. Some need thousands .But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. 2. How long is the sample lead time? 7 work days, subject to your designs ,customized product need more time. But we will response fast to your request. 3.How many samples you can provide? Usually we provide one sample for client. 4. How long is the production lead time? 40-45 days after deposit paid. 5.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design? AI,cdr or PDF,etc. 6.What kind of packaging ways you have? Shrink +white/brown/color box.PP + white/brown/color box/Mail box. 7.How many colors are available? We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you. 8.What kind of wood you produce? Bamboo,acacia wood,fir wood,sapili,pine wood,beech wood,rubber wood 9.What is your payment term? Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L. We also accept LC at sight.
